“A centurion there had a slave whom he valued highly, and who was ill and close to death. When he heard about Jesus, (the centurion) sent some Jewish elders to him, asking Jesus to come and heal his slave. When (the elders) came to Jesus, they appealed to him earnestly, saying, ‘He is worthy of having you do this for him, for he loves our people, and it is he who built our synagogue for us.’” Luke 7:2-5

Dear Pilgrim Members,

We invite you to our Congregational Meeting on Sunday June 12th following the 9:30 a.m. service. We are thankful for the months of hard work and strategic planning completed by numerous ministry teams, the finance team, the school board, and the church council. Our treasurer Michael Dooley will present the budget (covering July 1st, 2016 to June 30th, 2017) for the congregation's review and approval. (click here to view meeting agenda and budget)

Take a moment to reflect upon the witness of the centurion in Luke 7. He was blessed to be a blessing. He loved the people and built a place of worship.

Those who love, build.

It is our honor to be doing the same through Pilgrim Lutheran Church and School. This is our chance to show our gratitude to a loving God by building a truly special, multi-generational community of leaders fulfilling God’s mission in the world.

We thank you in advance for your presence and participation on Sunday, June 12th.

In Christ,

Mike Suhajda                                                                    Kristian Johnson
