Dear Friends of Pilgrim,

The annual Pilgrim Lutheran Church and School Auction is a highly anticipated tradition among our present and former families. We are excited to announce this year's gala, "All That Jazz," will be held on Saturday, March 8th, 2014, at Mrs. Murphy and Sons Irish Bistro in Chicago.

This event is the largest fundraiser for the school and is a budgeted event, crucial to the successful future of our church and school. Thanks to last year’s generous donations the auction raised over $50,000.00, enabling the purchase of educational supplies, capital improvements, and the budgeted necessities.

It's never too early to begin thinking about ways that you can contribute to the auction. This year we are asking each family to make at least one donation. Be creative! Does your family have a favorite movie or restaurant? Can you dog sit? Host a dinner party? Are you lucky enough to have a vacation home, or season tickets to one of Chicago’s favorite teams? Do you have airline miles, hotel points? The possibilities are endless and no donation is too small. Consider getting together with another family to create a one-of-a-kind package!

For your convenience auction donation forms are available here. New this year is the opportunity for corporate sponsorship. This is a great way for companies to get their brand in front of Pilgrim families both before and during the event. The deadline for submitting donations and forms is February 1st, 2014.

Pilgrim Lutheran Church and School is a non-profit organization. Remember all donations are fully tax deductible and most importantly, every donation benefits our children and the future of Pilgrim. Thank you for your generosity and support!
