QUESTION: How did I reduce the 14 Lucky numbers for NY down to
just 3 numbers?

HOW TO HAVE YOUR STATE UPDATED—These Lucky programs should
be updated about every 2 months (you will notice that the numbers
generated by the programs will not be so “lucky” after 2 months). I may
or may not update a particular program every 2 months (depends on how
busy I am) - however, you can request an update for any program at any
time for just $40. This pays for me updating the codes (using the codes of
the last 25 weeks) and putting up a new updated version of the program.
To have a program updated, email me with $40-UPDATE-X on the subject
line of your email with X being the state you want updated.

EMAIL I GOT RECENTLY
Arizona got no hits in the last 5 weeks.
I lost a lot of money. Maybe something
is wrong with the lucky 14 system.

MY RESPONSE
Arizona only has 6 drawings per week -
so you will NOT see too many hits in Arizona.

The best states to play the Lucky numbers
(especially the top set of 7 numbers) are in
these states (this is the order of importance):

North Carolina (the BEST state)
New Jersey (the 2nd best state)
California
Michigan
Ohio
Delaware
Florida
Pennsylvania
South Carolina

The worst states to play the Lucky numbers are in
Nebraska and Arizona because these states only
have 7 and 6 drawings per week.

Next time I update these states (NE and AZ) I will
most likely make them Lucky 21 programs (add
7 more numbers to them) because this is the only
way to make the Lucky numbers hit consistently
in these states given the fact that they only have
7 and 6 drawings per week.
