Someone once asked what it would be like to attend Top Gun academy for employee and labor relations. That question became the LaborVision Forum.
Twice a year, 20–25 senior practitioners gather in a closed room to share new ideas, dissect emerging threats, and have the kind of candid, off-the-record conversations that do not happen anywhere else. The agenda is not handed down from a podium. It is built around what attendees want to discuss and, more importantly, what they are willing and able to share.
For more than 15 years and 30+ events, that format has made LVF one of the few gatherings leaders actively protect on their calendars.
