50 crunches 40 jumping jacks 40 lunges 30 squats 60 seconds running in place 30 seconds plank hold 20 jumping jacks 20 squats 10 high knees 10 pushups.
As you do these daily keep your time and see if by the end of the week you've improved and gotten faster and completing this workout.
