Hello Friend, Coach Eddie here with Premier Boxing for Fitness.  Coming to you with another great workout that can help you get the fitness results you desire. 

For this workout you will set your “Count Down” clock for 20 minutes and see how many rounds you can complete!

You MUST complete the TOTAL amount of reps of each exercise before moving onto the next.

Rep count down sequence:

40 – 30 – 20 – 10
  • Reverse Crunch (Legs Only)
  • alt. Jackknife Sit-up
  • Bicycle Crunch
  • Sit Ups (pictured above)
