Subject: this is where I get some of my BEST life coaching...

Hey Friend,

When I was in High School growing up here in Blackfoot Idaho, my friends and I used to call each other 'G', short for 'gangsta' which we picked up from the rap music we were listening too.

I still haven't outgrown the desire to listen to rap music.

This is why some of my friends used to call me "White Chocolate".

To me, there's a real, tangible, practice business benefit I pick up from listening to rap music.

👉I get some of my best life coaching from it.

(Kidding, not kidding)

There's a spirit present in some of the best rap music that’s like giving the middle finger metaphorically, to the opinions of other people.

Of course I would never give someone the middle finger in real life.

But spiritually and mentally, sometimes you gotta put both hands up and let those fingers fly.

If you're lover of truth, the first lesson is,

...opinion is not reality.

When I listen to my favorite rap music, this spirit seems to transfer over to me,

...so I can do what I need to do to fulfill my mission and purpose in life.

And whether you listen to rap music or not Friend, I highly recommend you get this spirit, if you don't already have it, because you'll need it on your road to freedom and beyond.

All the best,

Paul

PS - I accidentally lied in my upside down 30:33 transformation video from yesterday. I went back and watched the original 3 minute ab video and realized I'd been doing it wrong this whole time (and it still worked!) :-)

Anyway, this is the original video where I learned it and it's SUCH a great routine for building a stronger core in an easy way.
