I was thankful my friend Minister Kristian made me aware of this and figured, if you know Sakshi, you'd want to know too.

He's one of the kindest, love filled, faith filled men I know.

I talked about this in Today's Good Parts video, and shared this link to a fundraiser organized by her mom, Heather, to help transport Ocean from Hawaii back to the mainland for her burial.

Friend, while the holidays can be filled with so much joy, love and laughter for so many of us, they can also be filled with sadness, grief and hardship for others.

For me, the Christmas spirit, is at least in part, striving to have a little less "self" and a little more "others".

Here's hoping that we can collectively send some peace, love and strength to those who may need a little boost from us this holiday season.
