Subject: The Best Kind Of Leadership

Hey Friend!

Hope you're having a terrific Tuesday so far!

Last night, I had the chance to watch 2 of my kids play some baseball, and in the process, I learned one of the greatest leadership lessons I think I could ever learn, from my 10 year old son Kyson.

He was pitching in the last inning and the pressure was on.

His team was cheering for him and the other team was chanting and screaming even louder, trying to get in his head.

Add to all of that, the high level of noise from the audience, and you can probably imagine why I was a bit nervous for him, as his dad.

I'm sitting there, on the edge of my seat, thinking to my self, 'Holy cow, the pressure is really on. I wonder if he's going to let the noise get to him....?'

First batter up, 3 strikes later and the batter is sent back to the dugout.

WAHOOO! WAY TO GOOOO KYSON!

Next batter gets 3 straight balls thrown, then 2 strikes and it's a full count.

I'm cheering for Kyson as he's come back from a losing position to make it even Steven and I'm fully expecting the 2nd strike out.

Ball 4, batter walks.

DOH!

1 on base, and 2 outs to go.

What happened next, blew me away. I wish I'd have been recording it because all the coaches said it was an ESPN sports center moment.

I share the rest of the story, here in today's video, and in the process pass along, what I think, is the best leadership lesson, one could ever learn.

I hope it inspires you and adds tremendous value to your life as you continue to lead yourself and others to FREEDOM and living our best lives.

All the best Friend!
