Hello Friend,
During these times of come and go of massive tourist, we have to be prepared. One day we are overwhelmed by Russian tourists, next day the stay away….one day we are overwhelmed with Chinese tourists, next day they stay away… Some clever investors turn towards the Thai tourist, 1 week Thai holiday makers from Bangkok, Thai weekend trippers near the beach, Thais making a round trip throughout the country and even Thai locals that want to rent for long periods of time.
Why not target the Thai market?

This property is in soi 14 of Naklua, the famous German area with lots of high end hotels all around but also a big business for Thai tourists that stay for short and long period but always busy. But live is much cheaper around there than in Pattaya city. Thai clients in Thailand do not have any high or low season because it is high season the whole year around. The income for the investor can be lower than getting the high end high payers, but the income is secured the whole year around.

Warning again for the short cutters!!!! The address and even the name of this project is mentioned on the listing but to go there directly has no point. The owner is not around and gave us exclusivity concerning showing. We do not have exclusivity in selling because every agent with potential buyer is welcome and if it becomes a sale, full commission will be paid out. No point or going to take any short cut for this property, you only lose your face and will get our contact details. Thanks for understanding.
