Subject: View Commercial Prices Differently

Hello Friend
We know if we tell you to rent a hotel in the center of Pattaya you need 15,000,000.00 THB to move in, your reaction surely will be: “Way to expensive”. But if you cut the cost by some details or view commercial prices differently, it make sense. 

Let us take this sample:
The
owner asked 15,000,000.00 THB to rent this hotel, this amount includes 4m THB key money for 3 years and 4m THB refundable deposit. View this price differently brings us to 7,000,000.00 THB rental paid upfront for 1 year plus 4m THB key money for 3 years means: 7,000,000.00 THB paid up front for 1 years plus 4,000,000.00 THB key money : 7,000,000.00 : 12 + 4,000,000.00 : 36 comes down to a monthly rental per room per month at only 8,790.00 THB!!!
I am sure you understand that this is cheap but the price to get in is high. Facts are facts.
