The down sites and negatives from Covid are big in numbers but there are some very few positives about this Covid. If you buy a property not that still needs a few months work to renovate or finishing the project, than the time that the part lockdown is still running is not a waste of time. Because it gives you a few months to finish the project and for sure by the time it is finished, businesses are up open and running again. We found one nice property on main road Thappraya that falls into the category no being completed, buying now gives the investor enough time to finish it by the time business are back into the new normal... |
