Hello Friend, 

This is our last email you will receive from Pattaya Property Network.
After 3 years of sending every day at 8 am a fresh newsletter with different new listings we have lost an estimated of about 15,000,000.00 THB and more of commissions and that is the reason why it is time to stop this newsletter.

The format is always the same, simply explained in a 5 simple steps:
1.  We publish a property with short description and some pictures
2.  Buyers but specially snake-agents take to pictures and find the property
3.  They go there and talk to the owner directly NOT mentioning that hey have this listing stolen from Pattaya Property Network
4.  The owner does not know the potential buyer comes from us and sell it
5.  We have been taken out of the commission structure and agent get it all

And as long there is no law protecting agents and their listings, Thailand real estate will stay a jungle with liars and thief's and snake sellers and greedy buyers and criminals. They only have in mind to cut out the middle man and get more money in their pocket. It can work but it is criminal behavior and we just hope that KARMA will return to them.

Never the less we wish you a very happy new year and let 2022 become the best year ever.
