Hello Friend,
In other countries the property for sale is given to one sole agent who takes care of the sale but also takes care to make this unit into a real show unit. In Thailand we have to point out to many sellers that if they want us to sell the property. at least it has to be clean. This resort we offer today is a 9 unit resort in Pratumnak ad the owner is taking care of this resort as it was her own baby. It is in a superior conditions, very clean, all perfectly maintained and we would call it s model unit, although there is only one like this.
