One of our Pattaya Property Network members passed by an old closed down building on Pattaya Klang hardly 100 meters from Pattaya beach and get obsessed about this building and the potential of it. It is a double plot closed down for many years and it was hard to find the owner because nobody seems to know who the owner is but we found him.
