We are sure that when we mention the location of the restaurant to take over is in Nern Plub Wan, many people do not even know where this is exactly and will see that as the middle of nowhere. But nothing is farther from the reality because Nern Plub Wan is on the east side near Siam Country Club road and hardly 5 kilometers from Pattaya beach.
Although Walking Street is indeed now around the corner, there is another kind of people around like the expats who live here permanently or come for 6 months per year. Also local Thais are among the potential clients.
Business is booming there and rental are extremely low like for this complete 56 seat restaurant only 10,000.00 THB rent per month.
In case you want to do business with expats and locals, there is indeed also money to be made.
