Yes you could get a cheap guesthouse to take over with 15 rooms so why should you take over a guesthouse with 7 rooms? The answer is “More Rooms Does not Mean More Profit”…

15 low class rooms in bad shape rent out 4 - 500 THB per day is in need of 5 people staff

7 high end rooms in top quality rent out 1.200 THB per day is in need of 3 people staff

Indeed the profits of high end 7 rooms are higher than the profits of low class 15 rooms because the expenses are lower and the income is higher. So at the end more rooms do not mean more profit. Aside the location of this 7 rooms we offer today is a triple A location 50 meters from Pattaya beach and 300 meters to Walking Street increasing the commercial value of every room.
