We understand real estate agents who keep the location secret for buyers because they are worried that the buyer will go there directly and buy from the owner so the agent is out of commission. Today we show a beach front shophouse that you surely already have seen so the location is not secret because there is no sign and we are direct to the owner... A lot of work to do to get this building in a perfect shape but beach front location is just top location....
