| Hello Friend, Most of the hotel owners/seller demand from us as agent to qualify the sub-agent and potential buyer. Aside from the fact that there is a potential buyer, we have to qualify the potential buyer and find out if he is the real buyer and if he has the money needed to buy this hotel.
And most of the owner does not want us to publish pictures and give details about the hotel for sale because it could be harmfull for the running of the hotel and also staff that get to know that the owner selling, just run away.
That is why for many hotels we only can provide a teaser, basic information about the hotel for sale and if the buyer wants more details, he will have to qualify to be a buyer.
