Sometimes in real estate, action pays off for buyers, I explain... Instead of buying a pool house for 6.5m THB, you can buy a house to renovate and place a pool for around 4m THB all in!!!!
Here is a sample: this house is on walking distance to the beach inside a village and need small renovations. The 88 sqm around is enough to put small pool.
After finishing this renovation job you can 1) sell it for much higher price or 2) just move in and enjoy a super cheap house with pool.
