Some amazing offer came up inside the most commercial area of Bhua Kao. The owner changed the prepayment of 5m THB upfront to a more comfortable 1.6m THB take over the business. But aside this, the 23 rooms are rented from the owner for 150k THB per month MNUS 2 ground floor shop subleased at 45k THB per month. So you end up in you renting 23 hotel rooms for 60k THB meaning 2,600.00 THB per hotel room per month. Try to beat this!!! And NO key money involved here!!!

If you cannot make money renting hotel rooms for 2.600 THB per month by sublease to clients at 600 THB per day and 800 THB in high season, then you cannot make money at all!!!!
