The reason that this hotel is 1.4b THB is that it is very near the beach and it comes with a large plot of land that has overthere very high value. Also to get documents and information it needs the needed contracts to be signed by agent and buyer. Also here the seller demands a proof of funds and need a qualified buyer before going ahead with providing any information. If you do find the hotel by yourself, the owner will refuse to talk to you because discretion is the main reason and we need to qualify the agent and buyer before approaching the owner.
