Subject: When God Opens Doors. . .

Dear friends,

Bolivia is one of the countries hardest hit by Covid19, and the epidemic has had a disproportionate impact on families living in poverty. Below, a Five Talents entrepreneur shares her story and how prayer and innovation have helped her to weather the storm:

"I have a shoe store, which had to be closed due to the pandemic. I needed to generate income to continue paying bills and supporting my family. I was worried about generating income urgently, because my usual business was closed and its future was uncertain.

I remember that when I started my business I put everything in the hands of the Lord and He opened the doors. And when God opens the doors, nobody can close them. I prayed a lot for this idea, I said to the Lord: Dear Father, what do I do now? They won't let me open my shoe business. . .

I prayed and God put it in my heart to sell food at my house, using what I had in my hands as capital. Because of the quarantine at that time we could only leave home once a week and I went to buy food such as potatoes, onions and some vegetables from the Peasant Market. I put what little I had on my door so that customers would come. . .This is the way God opened the doors for me to start a new business - now I have a small supermarket at my door!"

Until next Monday morning,
