Who was hands-on and Sleeves Rolled Up

As a Minister in the Government of Norway, he believed in leading by example.   He claims that environment and development are two sides of the same coin. As a special peace envoy to Sri Lanka in its turmoil, he was instrumental in setting peace in motion. As an Executive Director of UNEP, he was a trend-setter in making things work for the environment. Erik Solheim is the man on the move and diplomat with disruptive innovation.

No Building Back Balanced.

As everyone is hoping that COVID19 to subside, there is talk of ‘going back to normal’ and 'building back better’. Does ‘normal' mean like what was before COVID19? That normal brought us to the COVID disaster. And ‘building better' is subjective terminology. I would say, 'Building Back Balanced’ should be the objective. Nature has that  balanced path to build and support life. And, it is not the human life only, It includes the life on the planet- flora and fauna.
