| This season's stories keep on getting better...and our dates are getting fewer. There is no better way to tell a story than to quote a recent hunter:
"There's quite a story to this Kudu hunt. And luckily it's all on film. Kudu was on the top of my bucket list and I got it. In the past 4 days we didn't see many Kudu bulls that were mature...until this afternoon. I was able to spot him across the valley on the adjacent hillside grazing. And when I say adjacent hillside, its not some small hills we're talking about. The photos speak for themselves. I shot at 312 yards and got him down on the second shot. This really is a huge accomplishment for me. I'm thankful my dad has taught me to be a successful hunter. It was one hell of a hunt ? and a huge shout out to Otterskloof. This place is beyond words and to our guide Carel Maartens who has done an amazing job, Koos (the man who knows his stuff), our photographer Tim Jandrell who's work is breathtaking and the recovery crew for being top notch at retrieving these animals off the hill sides of this rough terrain and doing it so unbelievably quick. What a great trip!!"
