We continue our series of FREE professional development workshops and panels for artists with our partner Metro Art Studios.

Registration is open for the next Artist WorkLab on Wednesday October 4 from 5:30 to 7 PM. The topic for September is Avoiding & Handling Copyright and Licensing ViolationsSpeakers include "The Legal Artist" Greg Kanaan, and artists Susan Fehlinger, and 5iveFingaz (Rafaella Santaella), with stories of their experiences with copyright violations. This series is free and open to any artist working in any medium. Produced in collaboration with Metro Art Studios and with the support of Connecticut Humanities, Artist WorkLab brings you panels and discussions to help your art career thrive!

NEXT FUNDING BOOSTER SESSION

The Cultural Alliance of Fairfield County’s Funding Booster program is free and open to all members. The program is designed to help all grant writers, including artists, from beginners to seasoned veterans, learn new skills, and burnish old ones, in order to be as successful as possible in all their grant writing ambitions.

2. When you have registered for the program then you can register for our next meeting, Wednesday Oct. 4 at 10am on Zoom here. 

Our Development consultant Penny Cook will answer your questions and tackle any grant writing issues you currently have.
