Subject: Question for You

Dear Friend,

How are you doing? I just got off the phone with a couple of friends, and it seems like there's a shift happening in people now...

It's been about 45 days since our worlds changed drastically. People are adapting to their new routines, they are getting creative with cooking at home, exploring new workout routines.

As people get over the excitement of Zoom meetings, many of them are feeling like they're suffering in silence. That no one can hear them.

So I wanted to reach out to you and ask, are you ok?

We may not have met in person, but that doesn't mean that I don't care just as much about every one of you.

Many of you reach out to me via email and connect with me via various social channels to share your story. And that's exactly what I want to hear now, your story of how you're getting through our current time.

I'll share some of what I'm going through personally with you. I'm having a difficult time staying focused. The space around me doesn't seem large enough and my activities seem to blend together with no clear boundaries.

When it comes to my skin, my Rosacea symptoms have flared. I have an ENORMOUS, painful pimple on my right cheek!

I haven't been taking care of my skin as well as I normally do. When I talk on the phone or get on a Zoom video, within a few minutes I feel my cheeks burning with heat!

I've made a promise to myself for this weekend, which I'll share with you, but first I'd like to ask you, what are you struggling with right now?

Is the change in routine or increased stress causing your skin to act up? Or is it causing new issues?

I'll wait while you write your reply.

Hey, there! Glad you're back!

If you haven't read it yet, I suggest reading my latest short blog article entitled 8 Tips for Preventing Dryness While Washing Hands Frequently.

Self-care is SUPER important in times of heightened uncertainty and stress. Make sure you are taking time for yourself every day so you can feel the best that you can.

This week's reminder for me is that this definitely includes maintaining your skin care routine to prevent dry skin, fine lines, breakouts, redness, and premature aging.

Make sure you are eating a healthy diet rich in antioxidants during times of increased stress. Give your skin the nutrients it needs every day with an antioxidant serum and a rich moisturizer.

My promise to myself for this weekend is to do a full skin care spa hour. EVERYTHING in the Advanced Bundle

To treat myself, enjoy the time I have off, and get my skin back to FEELING GOOD!

Micellar Water, Exfoliator, Mask, Charcoal Facewash, Toner, Serum, Moisturizer... EVERYTHING!

And I'm going to read a book that I've been meaning to read for the last few weeks! I'm going to take this time to REPAIR, RENEW, and RESTORE!

Funny, those are the principles I made my skin care on! That's my promise for this weekend.

If your hands are feeling dry right now, you can try using Citrus Hand Sanitizer with essential oils in between hand washings.

In the two videos I made for you this week, you'll see how to incorporate hand sanitizer gel and spray into your day.

You can even make these short moments a time to pause, enjoy the sweet lemon dessert scent (or grapefruit cocktail, I can't decide!), and take a deep breath to reduce stress. These moments are gifts at times like this.

Check out these two videos, and leave me a comment to say hello! Making these videos for you has helped me get back into my groove! It would mean a lot to me to see the comments you have and answer your questions!

Right now I currently have Citrus Hand Sanitizer Gel In-Stock and available on the website.

I'm also having a SITEWIDE SALE on the ORS website

Our current time is challenging. We need to practice self-care. That's why now is the time to make sure your skin care products are fresh and that you're stocked with Citrus Sanitizer.
