Not only has he won national and international competitions in every age category from teenager to over-50, but his career spans almost four decades and continues to this day.

In the video, Doug talks about competing in his 50s and lists some useful muscle growth tips. It’s an enlightening watch, and regardless of your age, I feel there is something here for everybody.
