Subject: How to Build Your Body in 15 Minutes

Hi Friend,

I don't have time to exercise. Does that sound familiar to you? Sure it does. We've all been guilty of saying this at some time or other.

But here's the thing: you don't need tons of time to transform your body. In fact, research shows you can build the body you want in 15 minutes or less.

According to a study published in the "European Journal of Applied Physiology", just 15 minutes of resistance training was judged to be as effective as 35 minutes in elevating resting energy expenditure for up to 72 hours after exercise.

What does that mean exactly?

It simply means you can burn fat and build muscle in less time than you ever imagined possible.

All that REALLY matters, is that you exercise strategically.

Yet for many, this doesn't happen. Instead, the typical trainee falls into the trap of believing more is better -- more sets, more volume, etc. -- and when results fail to come, they throw in the towel and give up in frustration.

But I'm here to tell you, you can escape this training trap.

When More is Not Better

Coach Michael Boyle is a leader in the field of strength and conditioning, and sees this happen at his training facility all the time.

He says, “Most young athletes think if two sets are good, four sets must be better. In truth, you may be overtaxing your body and disrupting the recuperative process. When you think of a strength program, remind yourself strength training is a game of stimulus and response. The response is affected by the quality of the workout and by the quality of the recovery.”

So how do you make strength training like this work for you?

Well, you can start by exercising strategically. All of the workouts covered on our site and in our books follow this philosophy, helping you accomplish your goals a whole lot quicker.
