"Usually pain is just a temporary thing. We hurt ourselves, it’s painful, we get appropriate medical attention, it gets better and the pain goes. In the case of long term pain, something causes that initial pain message to stick around, still treating you as though there is a need to keep you informed that you have a problem.

OldPain2Go™ is not pain management – rather it is removal of the Old Pain Message that is no longer required and is therefore unnecessary.

OldPain2Go™ has been developed by Steven Blake over a period of 6 years whilst working as a therapist with hundreds of people with physical and emotional pain. He was getting exceptional results, typically in one session. Analysis of this success led to this methodology which is based on how the brain processes information and runs automated programs."

I am delighted to bring Trainer Alan Johnson to Edinburgh, for a one day Practitioner training in the OldPain2Go process, on the 28th April 2018, at the Edinburgh Training and Conference Venue: https://www.edintrain.com/ – 16 St Mary’s Street, EH1 1SU Edinburgh.

The event information and booking page is here: http://www.youarenotyourbehaviour.com/resources/oldpain2go-practitioner-training-scotland
