When she’s not… the family carries that, too.
This isn’t just about cramps or hormone levels. It’s about the energy she brings to the room. The patience she has for the people she loves. The steadiness or shakiness that shows up in her tone of voice, the softness (or absence) in her touch, the presence (or distance) she brings into her relationships.
Because how a woman feels in her body determines how she shows up everywhere else.
I’m not talking about surface-level self-care and spa days. I’m talking about the deeper work of honoring her cycles. Listening to the signs her body is giving. Knowing that her menstrual health isn’t a separate issue– it’s the foundation of how she leads, how she loves, how she mothers, how she moves through the world.
When her body is screaming for rest, but the expectation is that she will keep pushing through … When she’s told to silence her pain, medicate it, and suppress it, instead of understand it … When she is praised for how much she can endure, but never asked what she actually needs …
This doesn’t just stay in her body.
It spills into the family dynamic. Into marriages. Into parenting. Into how the next generation learns what it means to be cared for or neglected.
When a woman’s health is dismissed, generations pay the price.
This is why I’m teaching Sacred Bloodlines: Reclaiming Our Wombs, Protecting Our Fertility– not just for women to learn about their bodies, but for the families, partners, and communities who care about them to understand why this matters so much.
When we protect womb health, we are protecting our collective future.
When we honor these cycles, we are honoring the well-being of our children, our partners, and the generations to come.
Join me on Saturday, May 17th at 12pm EST | 5pm BST for this powerful, honest masterclass.
This space is open to women, girls, and the men who love and support them.
Because womb wellness is not just personal, it’s collective.
