Subject: Friend! Re-membering Our Heritage: A Message From Our Womb Expert, Chantal Blake

Salaam and Greetings of Peace, Family!

Before pills and patches, stirrups and speculums, women’s health looked very different. Health care looked like community and medicine was growing all around us. Our ancestors knew how to use herbs, food, and movement for healing. Gathering in sweat lodges, sitting in drumming circles, and offering therapeutic touch have lived longer with us than modern medicine has even existed.

To pave the way for doctors in white coats, indigenous practices of healing had to be suppressed, and criminalized. As such, as a collective, many of us have forgotten how to care for our health with nature’s pharmacy and holistic healing modalities.

In our masterclass, Sacred Bloodlines:  Reclaiming Our Wombs, Protecting Our Fertility, we will examine healing traditions rooted in indigenous wellness practices and how they can be adapted to fit our modern lives today. We will specifically cover:

  • Practices and products that sabotage our hormones

  • Food therapy for menstrual challenges

  • Supportive herbal allies for reproductive wellness

  • Proper period care to support menstrual health

  • Traditional womb care practices

Join us on Saturday, May 17th at 12pm EST | 5pm BST here. And don’t forget to share this event with the women in your life.

In service,

Chantal
