The closest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), located approximately 15-20 minutes from the resort depending on traffic. We recommend arranging transportation through Uber, Lyft, taxi service, or a rental car if you plan to explore the area during your stay. | |
Conference registration and setup begins on Thursday, July 16, followed by our Networking Night from 5-7 pm. We'll have appetizers and drinks available, and it's one of the best opportunities to meet fellow nurses, make new connections, and start building relationships before the conference officially kicks off! If you aren't able to make it to register on Thursday, you can register before the conference begins on Friday. |

| Business casual is perfect attire for this conference. Arizona is HOT, but conference rooms can sometimes be cool, so we recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket. Comfortable clothing for outdoor activities is also encouraged. |
