July 16th is almost here! See what's planned, what to bring, and how to make the most of your conference experience.

Hi Friend,

We're getting close to the NNBA conference, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome you to Scottsdale! Over the next few weeks, we'll be sending additional information, but we wanted to share some general details to help you prepare for your trip.

Conference Details

  • NNBA 2026 Nurse Entrepreneur & Career Alternatives Conference

  • Dates: July 16-18, 2026

  • Location: The Scottsdale Resort & Spa, Curio Collection by Hilton, Scottsdale (7700 East McCormick Parkway, South Scottsdale, Scottsdale, Arizona 85258)

Don't forget to book your hotel room before our room block ends on June 25th!

Closest Airport

The closest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), located approximately 15-20 minutes from the resort depending on traffic. We recommend arranging transportation through Uber, Lyft, taxi service, or a rental car if you plan to explore the area during your stay.

Attendee Registration

Conference registration and setup begins on Thursday, July 16, followed by our Networking Night from 5-7 pm. We'll have appetizers and drinks available, and it's one of the best opportunities to meet fellow nurses, make new connections, and start building relationships before the conference officially kicks off! If you aren't able to make it to register on Thursday, you can register before the conference begins on Friday.

What to Wear

Business casual is perfect attire for this conference. Arizona is HOT, but conference rooms can sometimes be cool, so we recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket. Comfortable clothing for outdoor activities is also encouraged.

What to Bring

- Business cards if you have them. If you don't, consider downloading a digital business card app so you can make the most out of the networking time!

- A notebook or device for taking notes

- An open mind and a willingness to connect with other nurses doing incredible things!

Exhibitor Hall

Be sure to spend time visiting our exhibitors throughout the conference. We've intentionally scheduled breaks in the exhibit hall to give attendees opportunities to connect with sponsors, discover new resources, and enter giveaways.

We'll be sending additional information soon, including more registration check-in details, and FAQ! If you have any questions in the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out.
