Using Your Story to Market Your Business Authentically

1. Know what makes your story relevant

Identify the turning point that led you to entrepreneurship
Connect that moment directly to the problem you solve for clients

2. Consistency of Message

Share it consistently
Remember that your story isn't a one-time post, it's the thread running through your brand

3. Make It About Them

Your story should end with your client seeing themselves in it: "That's exactly where I am."
The goal isn't sympathy. The goal is recognition and relatability.

Example

"I was pulled aside after a 16-hour shift and told I was 'too passionate' to move into leadership. I went home, opened my laptop, and registered my LLC that same night!"
