We’ll kick things off at 9:00 AM with a welcome and orientation, where we’ll set the tone for the weekend and what we’re building together. From there, you’ll dive into creating your signature service, building out real business operations, and getting clear on the legal and financial pieces like contracts and getting paid.

After lunch (on us!), we’ll focus on invoicing, pricing, and mastering discovery calls so you can confidently convert clients. We’ll wrap up at 5:00 PM with reflections and a plan to put everything into action on Day 2.
