Hi Nurses,
As we move through the middle of Q4, I have been thinking a lot about this community and the many ways each of you has grown this year. Whether you launched something new, took a first step that felt uncomfortable, or simply allowed yourself to imagine a different future, your progress matters. Your work and your presence are what make NNBA feel like a place where nurses can truly grow and be supported.
This season naturally invites reflection, but it also points us forward. Our plans for 2026 are already taking shape, shaped by what you have asked for and what you have shown us you care about. We are building more ways for you to learn, connect, and share your experience with others who are walking similar paths.
If you have a story, a lesson, or a perspective that could help another nurse see what is possible, I would love for you to consider applying as a speaker for NNBA 2026. Your voice carries weight, and it may be exactly what someone needs to hear.
As we close out this quarter, I hope you take a moment to recognize your own progress. Even the small steps count. You are part of a community that values your work, supports your growth, and believes in the vision you are shaping for yourself.
Thank you for being here and for being part of NNBA!
With gratitude, Nena |
