2026 is a new chapter for NNBA. With our conference in Scottsdale, Arizona on July 16–18 and new resources launching throughout the year, there’s a lot to look forward to — and early bird pricing is now live.

Vanessa Chambers of Care for Lives

Vanessa Chambers, RN, is the founder and CEO of Care For Lives, a concierge nursing and wellness company built on one core belief: everyone deserves compassionate, high-quality care, delivered with dignity and time.  With over 15 years of nursing experience across at-risk populations and high-net-worth families, Vanessa saw firsthand how fragmented healthcare can be — and how powerful truly personalized,

multidisciplinary support is.  Her vision for Care For Lives was shaped by both professional experience and personal loss, driving her commitment to family-centered care, community health education, and holistic wellness services delivered in the home.

Today, Vanessa leads a growing, multi-state practice providing concierge nursing, IV therapy, wellness services, and education — while continuing to advocate for a more human, connected model of care.

A Note From Nena

Hi Nurses,

I’m writing this after returning from a recent trip to Hawaii, where I had the chance to pause, reflect, and feel deeply grateful for the flexibility and freedom I have in my career. Moments like that are a reminder of why NNBA exists in the first place. This organization was built to help nurses create careers that support their lives, not the other way around.

As NNBA continues to grow and evolve, I’m incredibly proud of what we’re building together. From the launch of NNBA 2026 Early Bird Pricing to the expanded resources, experiences, and opportunities we’re rolling out, everything we do is rooted in supporting nurses at every stage of their journey.

Our 2026 conference in Scottsdale is just one piece of a much bigger vision. We’re focused on meaningful connection, practical education, and real support that extends far beyond the conference and into your everyday life and business.

I also encourage you to take advantage of the free resource we’re sharing in this issue. It’s designed to help you slow down, reflect, and move forward with intention. Sometimes the smallest pauses create the biggest clarity.

Thank you for being part of this community and for growing alongside us. I’m so excited about what’s ahead and truly hope to see many of you in Scottsdale.

With gratitude,

Nena
