| | | Dear Nurses,
I love when I am able to say, " I will see you next month in Las Vegas!" This September, you will be in a room with the very best nurse speakers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders. Nurse after nurse has said that this conference was the best investment they’ve made because the information shared directly impacted their life. The different tracks are geared to marketing and expanding nurse's existing business, those nurses starting a business, and nurses interested in a niche business. For many nurses, this is also a wonderful reunion because the relationships built and friendships formed last a lifetime. Click here to see the content rich topics, and hotel information https://nnbanow.com/nnba-conference-2019/ . Be sure to book your rooms now taking advantage of the NNBA discounted room block at the fabulous Flamingo hotel in Las Vegas. https://book.passkey.com/go/SFNNB9 Gary Vaynerchuk is an entrepreneur, speaker and media personality with five New York Times bestsellers. He keeps it real with the 7 Mindsets That’ll Help You Have an Amazing Life. I invest continually in coaching and Gary's #4 Don't be driven by the money, really resonated with me. Our second article of interest is 3 Female Leaders Share Their Secrets for Starting and Growing a Business. Each piece of knowledge they shared reminded me of what I have heard several NNBA members say. Finally, our featured expert blog post is The Road to Health is Paved with Good Intestines by Nadine Grzeskowiak, RN, BSN, CEN. Nadine is on a mission to educate the public about celiac disease and gluten sensitivity to improve their health and quality of life.
We have many new sponsors and exhibitors this year. We are excited to have PNAA, Pacific Northwest Aesthetics Academy, Residential Assisted Living Academy, RAL, Certifying the Future Outcomes, CTFO and Allnurses as well as our nurse owned business exhibitors. Join us in Las Vegas and discover how your diverse experience as a nurse translates into high-demand and emerging business opportunities.

| Gary Vaynerchuk is full of little gems to success if you listen with an open mind. His unfiltered way of sharing old school values mixed with modern day approaches is remarkably simple and highly contagious. In this world of instant gratification, everyone is focused on doing things faster in order to produce exponential results. When our visions don’t become an instant reality, we play the comparison game and judge ourselves. This ultimately leads to a decline in our health and crushes our visions. Many of us want to be an overnight success but need a better psychological framework to endure the ride.
1. Aim for happiness

| As the founder of the GirlTalk Network, I know that one of the best ways to grow personally and financially is to seek inspiration and knowledge from those who are already walking the walk in their own authentic way. Starting a business isn't easy, and growing it into an empire can seem like a pipe dream. But it can be a reality. I reached out to three truly motivational female entrepreneurs I've come to know over the years and asked them to share how they built successful empires rooted in their passions. Read on to get some hard-earned advice, and get fired up!1. Create a clear vision and belief in the business you're starting. |

| Celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS) have been grossly misdiagnosed or undiagnosed in the United States since the 1950s. Celiac disease is increasing at an alarming rate. The current rate of celiac disease reported is reported to be 1:100. Yet, it is actually 3:100. Families genetically predisposed as carriers of the HLA-DQ2 and/or DQ8 genes, are at exponentially higher risk. Entire families have been diagnosed with celiac disease. You might think these are rare genes, but they are incredibly common. World-wide, 30-50% of the population carries one or both of these genes.
