Hi, Friend!! It's Conference Week!

We're so excited to welcome you to Scottsdale in just a few days! Thank you for choosing to invest in yourself, your business, and your future by joining us for this year's conference.

As you prepare for your trip, here are a few important reminders and helpful tips for making the most of your conference experience.

Registration & Check-In

You may check in and pick up your conference materials during either of the following times:

Thursday, July 16: 5:00 PM-7:00 PM

Friday, July 17: 7:00 AM (Exhibit hall is open at 8 am and main conference begins at 9 am)

Networking Night

Kick off your conference experience by joining us for Networking Night on Thursday, July 16, from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM. This is a relaxed opportunity to connect with fellow nurse entrepreneurs, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees before the conference officially begins. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be available to attendees.

**Start Saturday Strong**

On Saturday morning, we invite you to join **Yoga for Non Bendy People®** with Eva Zobian Wolf. This complimentary session is designed for all experience levels and is a wonderful way to meet other attendees, energize your morning, and set yourself up for a successful day. Spend Time in the Exhibit Hall

Our exhibitors and sponsors bring incredible value to the conference, and we encourage you to spend as much time as possible in the Exhibit Hall throughout the event.

Not only will you discover products, services, and resources designed specifically for nurses and entrepreneurs, but this is also where we'll be hosting our giveaways throughout the conference.

We have **thousands of dollars in prizes, services, and educational resources** to give away, so you'll definitely want to be present when giveaway announcements are made!

Continuing Education (CEs)

Your CE evaluations and information will be available during the conference. We strongly encourage you to complete any CE requirements while onsite whenever time is provided. This allows our team to answer questions and assist with any issues in real time.

Photos & Social Media

We love seeing the conference through your perspective! Photos are welcome and encouraged throughout the event.

If you share your experience on social media, be sure to use #NNBA2026 and tag the NNBA so we can celebrate alongside you and share your posts with the community!
