Subject: If it’s confusing, it’s not converting: The shift nurses need to make

Wondering why your skills and experience still aren’t making you money?

Hi Friend,

If you’ve ever thought… “I know I have experience, I just don’t know how to turn it into something people would actually pay for” then this week’s live was for you.

We talked about something that comes up all the time with nurses who want to start or grow a business…

👉 Having experience is not the same as having a service people understand and want to pay for

A lot of nurses are sitting on valuable skills, but they stay stuck because those skills aren’t packaged in a clear way.

In case you missed it, here’s the replay:

Here are a few of the biggest takeaways:

• People don’t pay for experience… they pay for solutions.  It’s not about everything you’ve done, it’s about the specific problem you can solve for someone.

• You already have skills that are valuable! So the question is… which of those skills actually solve a real, urgent problem?

• Clear always wins. If someone can’t quickly understand what you do and who it’s for, they’re not going to say yes. Even if you’re incredibly qualified.

• Being experienced doesn’t automatically make you marketable... This is where most nurses get stuck. The shift is learning how to position what you already know in a way that makes sense to someone else.

• The services that grow the fastest are simple and specific. Not complicated or broad. Clear, focused, and easy to say yes to.

If you’ve been feeling stuck trying to figure out what your thing is or how to actually get traction, this is exactly the kind of shift that makes everything click!

We’re sharing conversations like this every week inside our Tuesday Lives because we want to give you practical, real-world insight you can actually use.
