In his much anticipated speech concerning the European Union, David Cameron set out his strategy to fundamentally address the concerns we have with the EU once and for all.  Either it reforms to an entity the British public deems viable, or we shall seek a future outside the EU.

As a party, we must begin discussing in detail what areas we want renegotiated, how we will go about this, and what other alternatives are available to us, should the renegotiations prove insufficient and we vote to leave.  The overwhelming response to the survey I produced at the end of last year demonstrated what strong feelings there are amongst you the members, and I am eager to continue this debate.

To this end, I am holding a series of rallies across the South East of England, which shall be free and open to all party members.  Please find enclosed with this letter the details of the Hampshire-based rally, which shall be held on 2 March 2013, 10am-12pm, at the Guildhall Winchester.  Should you be able to attend, I would be most grateful if you could register (details enclosed) in order to reserve your seat.
