Q: Do they offer full support on WP Certify?
A: Yes, just go to the support tab at the top of the customer access pages once logged in.
Q: If there's a new version of WP Certify, how do I update the plugin?
A: For every new version they release (with new features or for fixes) you will get a notification in your Worpress admin panel to update your plugin, just like all the other plugins.
There's no need to download a new version and reinstall it.
Q: Are there any specific requirements to be able to use WP Certify ?
A: All you need is a website with wordpress installed.
Installing WP Certify is easy and they've added an instruction video on how to install the plugin in the product access area, as well as how to use it and get the most out of it.
It can be used with the popular page builders out there as well...
Q: Will it integrate with Clickbank?
A: They are adding that as we speak, so it will very soon!
