Subject: You’re invited to apply for the NGLA Board of Directors!

NGLA is seeking dynamic strategic thinkers and innovators to join our dynamic Board of Directors.

Each member of the board plays an integral role in furthering the mission of NGLA. Our continued success depends upon the personal commitment and dedication of a select group of individuals that understand the privileges and obligations of leadership. Qualified applicants are those with association and/or organizational leadership experience who are committed to the fraternal movement.

Know someone that would be a good fit? We encourage you to share this communication with anyone who could be a great addition to the NGLA Board of Directors.

Applications are due by March 31. Please direct questions to exec@ngla.org.

“My time on the Board of Directors has been genuinely fulfilling. I love the high-level strategy development for the future of this organization. I love the meaningful conversations about how to make the NGLA experience better for our volunteers and students. I love giving back to the organization that has given me so much. But mostly, I love the people. NGLA has always felt like a family and getting to be a part of that family in a meaningful way helps fill my bucket.”

“In the short time that I have served on the Board, I have developed an even greater appreciation for the people and hard work that goes into running this Association. To see the intentionality and thoughtfulness that goes into every decision, whether at the Board level or any of our volunteer roles, has reassured me that NGLA is in great hands and will continue to be a force in the Northeast. I can truly say that this has been one of the best professional development experiences I have had, and I look forward to continuing to serve alongside such amazing friends and colleagues.”
