The Northeast Greek Leadership Association offers great appreciation to Tom Murphy, outgoing Executive Director, for three years of service to the Association.


Tom shares, “Serving as Executive Director of NGLA has been a tremendous honor. I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside dedicated volunteers, professionals, and students who are committed to advancing fraternity and sorority leadership. Together, we have strengthened the organization and expanded opportunities for learning, growth, and connection. Thank you for the trust, support, and collaborations that have made these past three years so meaningful.”


Chairman Nicole Cronenwett says, “On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to sincerely thank Tom for all the ways in which he supported NGLA and for all the hard work and dedication he gave during the past three years. Tom truly loves this Association and wants to see it grow and thrive for future generations. He led with passion and commitment as he worked to advance the Association's programs, build and implement new initiatives, and increase donor support. His effort in this work will no doubt help NGLA continue on a course that delivers deep impact to the communities we serve. We wish Tom all the best in his new endeavors and look forward to seeing the many ways he continues to support the fraternal industry."


During this transition, the Board of Directors will provide operational support and will share additional information in the near future.
