Start Getting Ready for the 2020 NGLA Annual Conference!
Beginning today, register, reserve your hotel room, and apply for student staff roles, scholarships, and awards for the 2020 NGLA Annual Conference in Baltimore, MD from February 27 – March 1, 2020.

In 2019, NGLA created a portal for your campus/organization to help your staff view invoices and conference registrants. If you are a Key Contact then please follow these short steps to update your profile before registering.
 
If this is unfamiliar and you are the person primarily responsible for your organization’s fraternity and sorority life then please email registration@ngla.org to get setup as a Key Contact.
 
You cannot register a delegation unless you are a Key Contact.

Double rooms are available at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront for $185 per night. The Baltimore Marriott Waterfront is where all programming is scheduled.

Apply for Student Staff
 
Each year, the NGLA Annual Conference is run with the support of a team of student volunteers. These volunteers include both undergraduate and graduate students. This experience is a great opportunity to learn about conference management, meet fellow fraternity & sorority members from across the Northeast, and network with higher education and fraternal professionals. Student Staff also has an opportunity to engage with a NGLA Board of Directors member in a mentoring capacity before, during, and after the conference.

Apply for an Award or to be an Awards Judge
 
NGLA encourages all students, advisors, and campuses to participate in the awards process. Each year, NGLA recognizes campuses, chapters, councils, and individuals for their outstanding accomplishments over the past year.
 
* New for 2020 * The 2020 NGLA Awards applications are open November 1, 2019 and are due December 9, 2019 at 11:59pm EST.
 
The Awards Committee is also looking for judges! If you are a professional, graduate student, or volunteer looking for an opportunity to get involved with NGLA, please contact the NGLA Awards Committee about becoming a 2020 NGLA Awards Judge.

Several scholarships are available to attend the NGLA Annual Conference for individuals and delegations. Scholarships are also available for the Advisor Academy.

Did You Know?
For the members of your team attending, we offer a Professional’s Track, plus there are a lot of great opportunities to network and meet with campus professionals and other fraternity/sorority staff members. Representatives from AFA, NIC, NPC, NALFO, NPHC and Order of Omega usually attend the conference, too.
