NGLA is seeking a Director of Marketing & Partnerships and a Director of Recognition & Engagement for the 2027 - 2028 NGLA Volunteer Leadership Team.


The Director of Marketing & Partnerships is the Volunteer Lead for the Marketing Team that includes the Communications Coordinator, Graphic Designer, Public Relations Chair, and Website Manager. This role facilitates the Association’s marketing strategy and brand management while ensuring cross-team alignment to promote NGLA initiatives and programs. The Director collaborates with the NGLA Team and partners to serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and vendors to execute coordinated campaigns and partnership activations.


The Director of Recognition and Engagement supports and supervises the NGLA Ambassador, NGLA Awards, and Assessment Programs to strengthen community engagement and impact, celebrate achievements of the fraternal community, and ensure thoughtful evaluation of programs and experiences. This role fosters collaboration teams and aligns efforts with the strategic goals of the Board of Directors to elevate the Association’s offerings.


Serving on the VLT requires:

  • 2-years of experience volunteering for NGLA.

  • 1-year of experience volunteering on-site at the NGLA Annual Conference is required for the Director of Marketing & Partnerships and preferred for the Director of Recognition & Engagement.

  • 2-year commitment volunteering for NGLA.

  • 2-year commitment to volunteer on-site at the NGLA Annual Conference.

The estimated time commitment is 10-20 hours per month, year-round.
