As I reflect on 2025, I am filled with profound pride and gratitude for the extraordinary progress we have made together. This year has been one of momentum, modernization, and meaningful connection as NGLA continues advancing its mission.
This year, we built on the success of our new website with expanded functionality, streamlined navigation, and improved integration with our membership portal. These enhancements have made it easier than ever for members, volunteers, and partners to access resources, register for programs, and stay connected with the NGLA community. Our digital presence now reflects the innovation and energy that define our Association.
Our membership program continued to grow in size and impact in 2025, serving as a powerful catalyst for year-round engagement. Members benefited from exclusive educational content, early access to conference opportunities, and expanded networking with colleagues across the Northeast. We are proud to see membership evolve into a true professional home for campuses, councils, organizations, and individual leaders.
We also expanded our virtual programming lineup, offering a robust calendar of sessions that reached more campuses than ever before. These programs have become an essential resource for leadership development and community support.
Fundraising efforts took a significant step forward this year with the continued growth of the NGLA Fund. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we increased scholarship availability, enhanced program delivery, and laid the groundwork for long-term organizational sustainability. These investments ensure that NGLA remains accessible, relevant, and impactful for the next generation of fraternity and sorority leaders.
Behind the scenes, our volunteers and Board of Directors worked diligently to advance strategic priorities, refine operational processes, and prepare for our upcoming Annual Conferences—including future host cities and expanded sponsorship opportunities. Their dedication continues to fuel our progress and shape a thriving future for the Association.
As you explore this year’s report, you will see the remarkable achievements we reached together. These milestones reflect the collective strength, creativity, and passion of the NGLA community. None of our success would be possible without the commitment of our volunteers, the leadership of our Board of Directors, and the unwavering support of our members, sponsors, and friends.
Thank you for believing in NGLA’s mission and for walking alongside us in this work. Together, we are building a more connected, empowered, and inclusive fraternal community. It remains an honor to serve as your Executive Director, and I look forward to all that we will accomplish in the year ahead.
