Subject: 2022 NGLA Annual Conference in Review

Message from the Executive Director

This year NGLA had the opportunity to offer our programming in two different formats to continue to build broad opportunities of access and grow our unique programming.. With almost a month following our In-Person and Virtual Experiences, we continue to be inspired by the thoughts and ideas that were exchanged.

I hope you had some time to reflect on your experiences and are finding innovative ways to bring these ideas to your community. Whether you joined us in Baltimore or online, I’m certain that your communities will elevate through your leadership and the new perspectives you carry.

Two years into the COVID-19 pandemic and we all continue to face challenges on both a personal and organizational level. Though it is a difficult time to lead, it remains an exciting time to lead. Opportunities to build strong connections amongst our members, serve our communities, and inspire others are evermore present today. Let’s work together to be the leaders we need today!

We hope you made connections, learned new things, and invigorated your passion for fraternity and sorority. As always, exciting opportunities exist ahead for NGLA. We hope you’ll connect with us in the months to come. Until then, stay well.
Michael Davis
Executive Director
