Happy New Year 2015! Welcome to my newsletter. I am on a mission to inspire my clients and students to stay inspired through uplifting news and motivation as well as guiding you on the path to keep fit, through dance, and exercise.

Tips to make your new year amazing:

1. Be Happy….just be happy, when things don't go right, put a smile on your face and just be happy. A smile with instantly make your feel better. Try it!

2. Make the impossible become possible. Get it in your mind that anything is possible. You must believe.

3. Tell yourself that you are awesome everyday. Say it when you get up, say it when you go to bed.

4. Do something new for you this year, something that you never did before or wanted to do but didn't get around to it, make this year to be the year you do it!

5. Keep your negativity from last year behind. Don't bring it in to the new year. Let yourself be optimistic about life, about new possibilities that are waiting for you this year!!!!
