Lets take our dance moves to this Saturdays International Mothers Day event. All day of entertainment and fun! Come and demo NewVo with us and belly dance with the Shining Stars!

| Monday Poway Adult Ed Class- Beg/Int and Int/Adv classes
6:30 pm Beg/Int class: Can you believe we finished the ojos ask choreography, wow, you girl rock! Okay so lets go over any of the moves that you are having difficulty with. I am also going to introduce the veils to you tonight!
7:45 pm Int/Adv class: We are having fun with some awesome combinations!

| | | Wednesday- Sohaila's Shining Stars Class- All level belly dance class and Choreography class
7-8 pm: I am having fun inspiring you with new fun and energetic combinations. Hope you are liking them. You are looking great, just look at your smooth transitions! Lets continue to practice the combination from last week, but focus on the other side this time! We always have room for more students, please tell you friends. Remember that I have online classes as well. If you ever want to go back and watch what you have done in class, now you can! You can enroll and become a member here.
8-9 pm: Time to line up for the Mothers day events this week. Please make sure to come tonight if you will dance this weekend so we can perfect the timing and placements. You will look amazing this weekend!

Well, you did it! The faculty show was an amazing success. I am a very proud teacher. I saw you perform on Saturday evening and you rocked the house down!!!!!!! So this week I want to discuss how you enjoyed being in the show and a few other items. I can't wait to hear about your experiences in being in this show. Again, great job again!

I always take special requests so if you want to work on a specific muscle group or want to see some more fun inspiring moves, just let me know! Email me and let me know exactly what you would like to focus on..perhaps inner and outer thighs. Possibly the arms….just let me know and I will dedicate the workout to you! Just like Debbra did, she asked if we can focus this last class for inner and outer thighs and gluteus, so we did!

Patio Playhouse in Escondido is proud to be performing Eugene Ionesco’s, Rhinoceros, which runs from March 20-April 19. What a great show it is!!!!
We’re a community theatre whose goals are to entertain, engage, and challenge our audiences. It’s rare that a play does all three as well as Rhinoceros. For sixty years it has sparked discussions about what a free society means and what it requires. And it’s funny as hell.
Rhinoceros is an absurdist farce, often cited as one of the most important dramatic masterpieces of the 20th century. People in a French village, one by one, transform into rhinoceroses. In this absurd world, everyday situations erupt with explosive laughter and nightmare anxiety. Under the cover of absurdity and humor lie lessons of conformity, culture, mass movements, philosophy and morality.
We want to make this play available to theatre arts, sociology and political science students because it addresses issues relevant to their major. And it’s performed so rarely, it’s unlikely they’ll have the opportunity to see it in their lifetime. Here’s what one member of the audience from the opening weekend said about the performance.
"This thought provoking play was presented beautifully, with complex dialogue sequences tightly dialed in. My seats were right up close to the action and it was impossible to not be affected by the intensity of the situation. A perfect work for this intimate theatre."
